How do I find out whether I suffer from lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance can be determined in several ways. Your doctor is able to find it for you from your blood, or through the analysis of your breath after you consume lactose. But there is also a simple and sufficiently reliable test, which you can do at home, at best during a leisure day. Drink 3 - 4 dl of milk with empty stomach. If you feel any of the symptoms within 2 hours, it is highly probable that you suffer from lactose intolerance.

Caution! Lactose intolerance should not be confused with allergy to milk proteins.
