2. Purchase order
The customer selects the required goods. An article item contains the price of the goods, name, and composition. The customer completes all required details on the purchase order. The Buyer is required to specify his full delivery address on the purchase order form.

3. Payment terms
The payment shall be made through the TrustPay service.

4. Cancellation of a purchase order
A purchase order is binding from the moment the purchase order form has been sent. The Buyer may not cancel a purchase order.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel a purchase order in the following cases:

• If the purchase order does not contain details required for its processing;

• If the goods are no longer made or supplied. In such a case, the Seller is obliged to contact the Buyer in order to agree on the next steps. If the Buyer has paid a part or the total sum, the Seller is obliged to send it back to him within 15 calendar days.

• In the event of technical obstacles to the realisation of the purchase order.

5. Delivery terms
The goods will be sent to the Customer within three working days. In exceptional cases, the delivery period may be longer.

6. Responsibility for defects, claims
After the reception of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check they are not opened or otherwise defective and that the goods have not been confused. If any defect occurs, the Seller shall correct the occurred fault.

We process claims:

• by e-mail (send e-mails to: info@laktazan.com) 

• by post (send letters to the above-specified address) 

7. Personal data protection
We respect your privacy. We will not provide your personal data to any third party and we protect them against misuse. Your personal data, however, are necessary for us to be able to send you the goods.
